Born in Kinshasa, Mr. Hajee lived and studied in the DRC and Switzerland before graduating with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkley.

Having started his first business in 1977 at the age of 23, Mr. Hajee’s business acumen quickly became apparent. His ability to cross bridges has led to CYAD’s success as it now operates in 6 countries in 6 distinct sectors

The current management of CYAD will endeavour to continue with the business vision laid out by Mr. Hajee whilst maintaining the value system established by him.
